Support

Our staff understands that support is more than problem solving. It is a complete strategy in caring for and supplying useful information to customers in real need. For you to appreciate the level of understanding that we have, you need to know our history. The staff at AIMS are from varying backgrounds, which when grouped together give a good understanding of all areas of the process control world. In the past, we have had vast experience in developing automation applications. Our goal is to support you in a way that we wanted when we were engineers.

As Eurotherm Suite Distributors, our Technical Support Engineers have access to all the resources necessary to provide leading quality service to customers currently subscribed to the Support program. Our Support Engineers have sat the Eurotherm Suite training required for their area of expertise and are ready to pass that knowledge on to you.

Training

All training courses take place in AIMS 's training suite. The workshops operate in small groups to allow individual attention, with one computer per person. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on all days. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements. Details of local hotels and directions to AIMS will be issued in advance.
