Pneumatic instrumentation are used to regulate process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level in industrial, power production and architectural climate control applications.  These products are exceptionally reliable and widely used in petroleum refineries and chemical plants because of their intrinsic safety characteristics in highly explosive environments, even with the predominance of electronic controls.
